For over 40 years, T.O. Epps has been bringing his passion and dedication to the business of successfully representing manufacturers. T.O. began his career with Ideal Toy Corporation as an Account Salesperson, and several years later, moved on to serve as a Key Account Salesperson of the Mid-Atlantic States for Schaper Toys (the “cootie” company). T.O. continued to further his career with Schaper Toys, eventually becoming the National Accounts Sales Manager, responsible for companies such as Toys R‘ Us, Sears, J.C. Penny and Kmart. A few years later, he left Schaper Toys to begin a business partnership in which the successful manufacturer’s representative firm, Epps & Everett was formed. In January of 1987, two months after QVC’s national launch, T. O. began a business relationship that would ultimately become the focus of his marketing efforts. In 1993, T.O. decided to form his own manufacturer’s representative company, and T.O. Epps & Associates was successfully established, with a specific account focus on QVC. T.O. has developed a relationship with QVC based on trust and meeting expectations, and the Vendors they represent based on helping vendors successfully navigate the QVC culture. T. O. graduated from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with a BS degree in Secondary Education.
Keith has been with the T.O. Epps & Associates group for over 20 years. Currently, he assumes the role of Senior Vice President of Marketing, where he is responsible for managing the company’s marketing efforts as well as developing new business opportunities and maintaining existing vendor relationships. Keith maintains a close personal working relationship with buyers, show hosts, production teams, QA personnel and also partners with the Senior Management Team to ensure the best possible service and effective relationship building with both QVC and our prospective vendor community. Keith has been an on-air guest at QVC since 1996 and his frequent appearances have branded him a QVC “Toy Expert.”
Chad Johnston began working with T.O. Epps & Associates in 2001 and currently assumes the role of Vice President of Sales. As Vice President of Sales, Chad is responsible for establishing the sales targets and strategic sales processes based on company goals that will promote sales growth and vendor satisfaction & retention. His responsibilities also include hiring & managing a team of on air guests; ensuring they are educated, knowledgeable and ultimately successful during the on air sell. Chad regularly appears as an on-air guest and is known as the Seasonal Lighting expert for Bethlehem Lighting. Education: BS degree in Communications, University of Hartford, West Hartford Ct.
Melissa joined T.O. Epps & Associates in 1999 and holds the title of Vice President of Finance and Global Sales. Melissa is passionate about bringing successful products to all QVC international markets. She currently manages accounts in QVC UK, QVC Italy, QVC Germany & QVC France. When she is not traveling the world, Melissa often appears on-air as a spokesperson for some of the products that she represents, and is known as a “toy/doll expert” to the QVC viewing audience. Melissa also provides leadership and coordination of company financial planning, debt financing, and budget management functions of the company and oversees the daily operations of the Corporate Controller. Melissa graduated from Radford University in 1996 with a BS degree in Marketing.
